Our capabilities include Normalizing, Iso-Annealing, Hardening, Quenching & Tempering, each conducted using advanced, PLC and SCADA-controlled systems for consistent quality.

Our heat treatment operations are anchored by a continuous furnace with a capacity of 800 kg per hour, designed for high-volume processing without compromising uniformity. This setup allows us to achieve efficient thermal cycling while maintaining exacting standards across each batch.
